Ca di rous restaurant is located within the hotel. Here it is possible to enjoy traditional dishes and ancient recipes, carefully cooked by Fabrizio: he is an experienced cook, continuously improving his skills, in order to present the typical products of the region (Entracque potatoes, Castel d'Ariund, sweet herbs…).
